I printed onto 160gsm bright white card and cut out the main image and the very easy to cut decoupage layer.

I matted the main image twice onto contrasting blue card and then attached to a Large DL white card blank.

I attached the decoupage layer with 3D foam tape.

I added two blur organza ribbons to the from and some pearl gems to each corner .Finally I put some 3D glitter glue on the spots on the hearts.

Quick and easy card that is very effective. and as you can print as many times as you like you can always add even more dimension.
