I printed this sheet on to glossy photo paper. Attached the base image on to a large white DL card using DST, then used glue gel to add the decoupage panel.
Used foam pads to add the card candi, and finished by adding the matching insert using narrow DST.
I printed the sheet on quality cardstock and cut out all the pieces. I used foam pads for the decoupage parts and double sided tape to assemble the card. I adhered the card front to a coordinating blank, blue card.
Just add the insert (cup416941_359) and you have a bright and cheery card.
