I printed this out on to quality card stock. I cut out the main image and trim slightly smaller. I then mounted this on to an A4 green mirri card folded length ways. I cut the top section and mounted on to the base image using 3mm double sided pads.

I then printed the image again and cut out the boots and the ball and attached to the top. You do not need to do that but I just wanted another layer. I also used the matching insert cup467834_359 which was printed on to A4 copier paper, folded length ways and trimmed slightly to fit.
