I printed this image out onto a sheet of 130g smooth decoupage paper,then i mounted it to some lilac glitter card and cut around it leaving the glitter card showing around the edge,i then stuck this to a D/L card and built up the text,added two lilac organza bows one at each top corner,and added glitter to the flowers.
