DL Card Nana Birthday sticker Style.. Cut out the elements and layer on to the main card topper using silicone or sticky pads to give height.

I prepared a large DL cardblank and used a lace punch on one long side. I trimmed the width down a little then I mounted the base image, leaving the lace edge visible. I added a pink pearl insert to cover the lower part of the insert and rounded the back corners with a corner punch. I layered with foam pads and added stickles glitter to the candles , flames and necklace. I added 2 gold peel off corners to the top and a shiny pink metalic faux brad to each to complete the card.
