Valentines Large Dl with DecoupageCompleted by Wenona Elie

I enlarged this lovely valentine sheet before printing it onto 280gsm card. I then decoupaged the letters using 3mm square foam pads. I then covered an A5 size white card with shimmering backing paper then mounted the finished topper. I then added glitter to give it some sparkle.
