Printed onto good quality photo paper, cut out and mounted onto a white linen card. All layers were built up using foam pads. A fab design which is easy to make and looks great when complete.
I printed this fun design on silk photo paper and cut it out. I attached base to an orange card and added decoupage with foam pads.
