Dl New Year

I chose to print this out with 2 to a sheet onto glossy photo paper and cut out. I matted the base onto silver mirri board then white card then onto a green dl card blank. I used DST for all my matting.

I built up the decoupage with silicon glue. When dried i added silver star peel of corners and a silver grey bow with gem. I also added '2012' to the pink balloon. Where did the year go?!?
