Having printed and cut out the image I inked around the edges using a yellow ink pad. I then took a cream linen effect A4 card and halved this length ways to give me my card blank.

I then simply stuck the main image to the card in a central position before using foam pads to add the shoe toppers and the happy birthday greeting.

I finished with a small cream and black heart ribbon from the gorjuss range top left.
