Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. I cut out the elements, and used DST to attach Topper to a White DL card. I then used foam Pads to add the Decoupage elements. I stuck a crystal gem on each shoe and some crystal glitter on the Hearts and flower.

A very lovely design, that makes into a lovely Wedding Card.
