Ozune

I used dark grey pearlescent card to make a 15cm square card. I cut out a 9.4cm hole in the centre of the front cover.

I enlarged the background piece to fit both sides of the inside of the card, cutting a 9.8cm hole in the piece for the inside front.

I created a mat using pale purple card and cut out a 9.8cm hole in the centre. I then cut out the elements. The largest of the elements was fixed to the inside of the card, viewable through the hole.

The other elements were decoupaged using silicone glue and suspended over the hole using fine beading wire. The card was then decorated with green ribbon through a purple peel-off buckle, rub-on words, and flowers punched from another copy of the largest element, to tone in with the suspended mandala.
