Used an 8 " square card. Added extra 3D squares under Happy Birthday to create a raised effect. Added 4mm, 2mm & 1mm gold pearls on the flowers and butterflies. Added 3mm blue gems on the design. Attached the matching insert with d/s tape.
Added Dovecraft crystal glitter glue highlights on sunflowers etc.
