I printed this design on decoupage paper and cut out all the images. DST was used to attach main picture to a scalloped edged

card blank put sparkly border peel off on all edges. I used foam pads to attach the decoupage.. A beautiful design which is simple to make. It also has a lovely insert to put inside.
