I added the sentiment panel to the decoupage sheet before I printed on matte card, I mounted both the picture and sentiment onto a matching base card, used foam squares to add the decoupage, used glitter paint to give some hiighlights then printed the insert and a matching envelope on 100 gsm paper to complets.
