This is a quick and easy way to amaze your family and friends. I printed this card topper onto good quality card stock, cut out the decoupage pieces and used foam mounting tape to put it all together.

You could also use a good quality photo paper as well.

I then mounted the finished topper onto a good quality card stock, cut to fit my card.
