I printed onto Crafty Bob's photo paper and cut out. The Main Topper was matted onto Gold Embossed card, with d/s tape and attached to a White 8x8 Card Blank.
The Second & Third Topper Layers were added with foam tape and the decoupage with foam pads.
To finish I used the Matching Insert inside, Gems and a Bow.
