Layered Christmas - Through the Window
A kit making a vintage style Christmas card
Main image of the card forms the inside back of the card, and the front is formed by at least two overlapping parts of the same scene. When closed the card is one whole copy of the Christmas scene. When displayed open and stood on a flat surface it forms an almost 3D rendition of the scene. This style of card has been popular for many decades.
A seasonal cluster has been added to the card, and in some cases a suitable Christmas quotation.
As the image is the card inside, the verse would normally be positioned on the inside of the front flaps. Alternately it can go on the reverse of the card.
The only exception to this layered card arrangement in the series is the Nativity option which is supplied step by set and forms a tunnel style card front/topper.
