I printed onto 230gsm photo paper and put the base box back through the printer to add the background paper.

I then cut out, scored and folded as necessary and assembled the box as per instructions.

I added the inserts using a wet glue and the flap and side segments using foam pads. A great gift for the football fan and not difficult to make.
