Copied to 230gsm, glossy photo paper and cut out all the elements. Built up the decoupage using silicone glue. Added a greeting and a blue bow.

Although this looks like intricate cutting , it really isn't, and if you copy it to a fairly heavey weight paper, then it only takes a short time to make up. When it is done it looks beautiful. A card for many occasions.
