Printed on to good quality glossy photo paper. Cut left hand side off, then with a piece of card stock larger than main piece formed a tab and attached to the cut side.

Then cut out the rest of the main piece and other pieces.

This gives you the matching card piece with out having to measure. Attached other pieces using foam pads.
