Printed onto gloss photo paper. DST was used to attach the front onto a blue card. I then cut around the edge of the design. Foam pads were used to add the decoupage. DST was used to stick the insert inside the card.

I scored and folded the elements of the envelope. I constructed the envelope using DST. This is a beautiful design, so pretty.
