Used an 8 " square card. Glued 6mm silver and gold pearls on the opposite corners. Added extra 3D squares under "Happy Birthday" and the budgie chick. Attached a small wooden ladybird over the image. Added extra squares under the butterfly.

Attached the matching insert with d/s tape.
