I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I decided to use the rounded octagon as a topper rather than a shaped card...I matted and layered the main design onto a diecut matt and mounted it onto a white card and added the decoupage using foam pads...to finish I added little pearls...a delightful design suitable for lots of different ocassions.
