Used an 8x8 scalloped card.Then used gold mirror and an embossed card for first mat and layer used wet glue to attach to card.Used a square die to make a mat and layer to put topper on.

Did decoupage with silicon glue and attach to card with sticky fixers .Embellishment used are organza ribbon and a gem strip around the bow.Also used mulberry flowers and crystal drops to make pearls.Sentiment on card is Happy Birthday.If you wish to purchase this card there are other sentiments which are Best Wishes ,Best Friend.This is a beautiful card and quite quick to do,but very pretty.
