I printed onto Crafty Bob's photo paper and cut out pieces. The Main Topper was matted onto alternate layers of Red and Gold embossed card with d/s tape and added to a White 8x8 card base.

The Second Topper Layer was added with foam tape and the decoupage added with foam pads. After matting Two Greeting Tags onto Gold embossed card I added them to the front and back of my card.

To finish I used the Matching insert inside and added a Gold Bow and Gem.
