Printed onto matte photo paper at a reduced size and mounted onto a scalloped 7x7 card blank with co-ordinating paper.

I used 3d foam pads and glue gel for the decoupage elements and finished by adding the matching insert, dotty bow and crystal gems....... just adorable!
