Used an 8" square card. Glued 6mm sage green and lilac iridescent pearls on the opposite corners. Added extra 3D squares under Happy Birthday to make it stand out. Added Dovecraft crystal glitter glue highlights on the flowers and kitten. Attached the matching insert with d/s tape.
