I printed the sheets onto satin photo paper. I cut out the main picture and attached it to a white scalloped card blank. The decoupage was added using foam pads.
Beautiful card! I use 'Printmaster' to print onto a blank 6x6 card. I printed the topper onto white card, cut and used sticky foam pads to attach to the card. I finished with flower tape and glitter glue.
