I printed onto matte photo card. I cut a piece of pink & silver foiled card with a deckle blade then mounted it onto a white card blank.

I then added the topper at an angle using DST. I assembled the decoupage using 2mm foam pads.

I added a pink organza bow & finished with a glitter gem
