Printed out onto 210 gsm white cardstock, then cut out & mounted using DST and 3mm foam pads. I then fussy cut the grape and glass elements and used the foam pads for mounting also. I used a wet glue for adhering the insert.

The only other thing I did was to use Glossy Accents on the glass.
