I used an 8" white square card. Added extra 3D squares under the Jack Russell dog and "Best Wishes" to create a raised effect. Glued a blue butterfly on the dog's nose. Attached 2 small wooden ladybirds on the design.

Attached the matching insert inside with d/s tape.
