I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card. Layered all elements. Added a paw print charm, a bow and pearl rose, and a sentiment. A gorgeous, very cute design.

I simply cut out all images and attached to white card stock. A few gems completed this adoreable whats not to love card!
