Make a WishCompleted by Barbara Stubbings

I printed the design onto good quality white card and cut out all the elements.

I inked the edges of all the decoupage elements, assembled the card using spongy tape, mounted it onto dark blue mat and added the greeting as well as a little glitter glue to the sprinkles on the cake.

A very cute wee doggie!
