Such a cute design and one that I am sure will be very popular amongst the dog lovers. I printed this design onto good quality Glossy Photo Paper and then cut out all the pieces.

I used a bright pink card so that it would look nicer and placed the base picture onto that. I then placed the decoupage pieces on top and made the little tag card and put the insert inside the card.
