I printed out the sheet on photo paper. I then stuck the main image to some blue A4 card with the tape runner and folded where needed and cut down to size.

I then a decoupaged up the extra bits with some foam tape.

I finished the card off with a matt silver corner, some glitter glue and gems. This one has the name Amy on the front as I have done it for my Sons girlfriend.
