Puppy Love Decoupage Shaped Fold Card Kit
This cute shaped fold card features an adorable pooch that should appeal to men and boys as well as women and girls. This is a very flexible multi-use kit which includes a choice of eight different sentiment panels plus a blank one so that you can also write your own and also seven different people tags so that you can further personalise your card. You will be able to use this kit again and again for lots of different occassions.
This card has a matching shaped insert and comes with it?s own envelope but it is also designed to fit a standard 6x6 inch envelope if you only want to make the card. Step by step instructions are included on each of the sheets.
This kit contains SIX sheets:
- a shaped card base sheet
- a layers sheet with all the decoupage layers for the dog, his bowl and his ball
- a sentiments sheet which includes the decoupage layers for the sentiment panel; a choice of eight different sentiment panels (Have a Dog Gone Good Birthday; It?s ruff being another year older!; I?ve heard you?ve been having a ruff time; I?ve heard you?ve been as sick as a dog!; Sorry to hear you?re feeling paw-ly; Hope you have a Grrr-eat Day!; I woof you very much! And Will you be my Friend Fur-ever?); a blank sentiment panel so that you can also write your own; and also seven different people tags (Daughter, Son, Sister, Brother, Mum, Dad and Friend) which can be layered over the woof one if you want to personalise your card
- a shaped card insert sheet which has been left blank so that you can write your own greeting
- an envelope front sheet
- an envelope back sheet
All the sheets are 300dpi, high resolution sheets, for quality printing.

This gorgeous kit was printed out on to a combination of beige backed textured card, good quality decoupage paper (for insert) lightweight smooth card for envelope and photo paper.
It was cut, scored, folded and glued where needed, then the shaped decoupage was added using pinflair glue.
I printed the base card on to card and all other sheets on to matte photo paper. Cut out and folded the card and attached the insert. Layered all elements. Added card candi and finished with the matching envelope. Simply adorable....... will suit many occasions and all ages.
These kits are brilliant and would be a great introduction to cardmaking for children. Large bold pieces to cut out....... and for those who have yet to master the use of scissors, then an adult can do the cutting out and the child will have fun sticking the pieces together.
The card base was printed onto 250gsm matt photo paper while the remaining sheets were printed onto 128gsm matt photo paper.
The card and envelope were then made up as per the instructions included on the sheets. No additional embellishments have been added.
