I printed on to matte photo paper. I covered a card with a wood effect paper. Mounted the topper then layered all elements. Added a bow and a sentiment. Simply adorable...... and will suit many occasions.
I printed the sheets and cut out the images. I mounted onto my scalloped edge card base using DST. I then added the decoupage with foam pads.
