this is a lovely and cheeky card I printed this on satin photo paper cut a piece of buff card a bit bigger than the base then red card to fir the buff, stuck together using double sided tape did decoupage and added some sparkle to the pup finished with sentiment Happy Birthday & hugs & kisses.
