Printed onto matte photo paper and cut out all the elements. Attached the base layer to an 8x8 inch white card. Using foam pads I added all the decoupage layers. Chose my sentiment out of the wide variety available.

Added the matching insert.

A very eye catching fun design. Sure to bring a smile to anybody’s face. I’m sure I will use this time and time again.
