Printed onto glossy photo paper. Cut out topper, insert, decoupage and sentiment. I attached the topper and insert with double sided tape to an 8 x 8 scalloped card. I then used foam pads too build up the decoupage and the sentiment.

I then put a border of gemstones on to finish off.
