I printed this file onto matte photographic paper. I mounted the base image onto toning pale blue textured card and then mounted onto a white card blank.. I cut out the frame and mounted with foam strips.

I constructed the decoupage using silicone glue, I added small seed pearls to the inner edge of the frame. Lastly I matted the sentiment onto silver card and attached with foam pads. This is a beautiful image and the frame adds extra interest.
