Friendship - Ruffle Edge Card Completed by Pam Stubley

I printed onto 200gsm gloss card and scored, as necessary, before cutting out. I attached the inner to the base using dst and wet glue. I then added the decoupage using foam pads. A delightful card that is easy to make and sure to be well received.
