Horse Mini Kit with Decoupage

I printed on matte card, used foam squares to add the layers then finished with opal glitter on the butterflies, gold glitter on the edges of the picture and the sentiment, and glossy accents on the eye and nostril.

I mounted onto an 8 x 8 cream scalloped edge card and decoupaged with sticky pads. I added a cream sentiment banner to finish
