I printed this stunning Indian topper onto glossy photo paper, then with dst I attached to my base card, I hand cut out the decoupage pieces attached with silicone glue to the topper, waited until it dried, then added the matching insert to the centre of the card, which is a lovely way to finish a handmade card.
