I made the spare sentiment tag bigger and added the quote before I printed on matte card, wet glued the picture to a matching base card with the waves on top, printed the picture again and cut out the dolphin and using foam squares I added along with the decoupage, I used a green/black mix glitter on the sentiments, frame, waves and shells then finished with Glossy Accents on the eye.
