Mini 3D Butterfly (orange) Mini KitCompleted by Shelagh E Osborn Wright

I printed 2 butterfly sheets and an envelope sheet onto 160gsm decoupage paper, one full size and one half size butterfly and cut everything out, folded the butterflies in half and glued together with collall flat glue, as shown, adding yellow cake decorating stamens for antennae and a loop of gold thread for hanging using power tape.

I scored and folded the envelope and added power tape to the side tabs to close. These are great 3D butterflies, this one is a lovely colour to go on my "tree" together with the Easter decorations.

I have made lots in different colours in the past ,they make great little gifts for friends and family. They make effective decorations to add life to Beech branches,as my mum and sister-in -law will agree!!
