I made up this gorgeous butterfly following the easy instructions and then decided it was not really a card as such and needed to be mounted onto a card. I used a Love cut out Filigree card by Papermania (available rom Hobbycraft and also the Range) and added a matching backing behind the cut outs. I mounted my butterfly so that it was over the edge, for the Love word to show and added my sentiment and 2 punched butterflies to finish off. This makes a very striking card that is just a little bit different.

These butterflies would also be great mounted onto sticks to put in plant pots, or you could use them as they are as table decorations or place settings....the possibillies are endless, and they would be a great project for children to do too
