Oh Happy Day 8Completed by Simply Paper

I printed off the decoupage sheet and cut out the base image using a paper trimmer and small scissors to cut out the decoupage layers. I affixed the base layer using double sided tape and the decoupage layers using foam squares. I then added the "it's your birthday" greeting to the top of the card using foam squares.

Such a great design and the inclusion of the frog adds a sense of fun.
