The design was printed on to matte photo paper and cut out.
I used a 7x7 card, added a contrast panel to the front of it then adhered the main image with double sided foam tape.
The other elements were added with foam pads.
I personalised a tag and printed a matching 80 then added them to finish the card.
I also printed a verse insert and added some flat back gems.

Another one of Pam's lovely 3D cards. i printed out the top sheet onto 160 gsm paper and the decoupage onto 120 gsm paper.
I mounted the full sheet onto a card blank and added the decoupage using double sided foam pads.
Very effective design which also looks great on photo paper.
