I printed the design onto matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I then matted and layered the main image and mounted it onto the base card...I added the decoupage using foam pads and silicone gel...Love this design.
As card made backing paper from Base of card, then stuck Base on with double sided tape and then decoupage the rest with silicone glue and then backed a sentiment with silver card
